The firm of Bracato & Price, LLC, is located in Baltimore County Maryland, and represents clients in matters all over Maryland. The firm was formed in September 2003 by attorneys who were affiliated for many years with the Baltimore City firm of Borcato, Price & Bushel, P.A.
Mr. Price was formerly the head of the Commercial Litigation Department at the Baltimore City law firm of Melnicove, Kaufman, Weiner & Smouse, P.A., and also has served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland. Mr. Brocato was formerly an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Maryland.
The Attorneys at Brocato & Price, LLC, have extensive litigation experience in both civil and criminal matters. The firm has represented clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts on matters involving such diverse issues as white collar criminal defense, corporate and partnership dissolution, contractor liability and construction disputes, domestic cases implicating property issues, personal injury, trade libel and slander, trademark infringement, wrongful discharge, all manner of disputes between employers and employees, savings and loan fraud, and Robinson Patman Act matters. The attorneys also have represented clients before many state and federal administrative boards and agencies.
The attorneys also have extensive experience in the general representation of business clients, including general corporate transactional work, business planning, and the transfer of wealth between generations (wills, trusts, estate planning).
